Re-designation of Tan Sri Hamdan Mohamad from Executive Chairman, President and Chief Executive to Chairman and Chief Executive of the Company w.e.f. 14 April 2022.

The appointment of 3 new board members of Ranhill Utilities Berhad w.e.f. 15 April 2022. They are:

• Dr. Arzu Topal – Independent Non-Executive Director. She is also a member of Nominating and Remuneration Committee, Long-Term Incentive Plan Committee (LTIP), and Governance and Risk Management Committee.
• Encik Amran Awaluddin – Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer
• Cik Zurina Abdul Rahim – Executive Director and Chief Commercial Officer. She is also a member of Governance and Risk Management Committee.
