RANHILL Utilities Bhd on Friday entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with AWC Bhd to explore opportunities and to enter into strategic collaboration to expand water business in Indonesia.
It told the stock exchange that the details of the collaboration will be finalised later.
The MoU is valid for a period of 12 months unless extended in writing by mutual agreement of both parties.
Ranhill Utilities and AWC gained half a sen and one sen, respectively to close at 46.5 sen and 52 sen on Friday. — TMR/graphic by TMR
