KUALA LUMPUR: Ranhill Utilities Bhd will hold its ninth annual general meeting on May 17.
In a notice published in several newspapers, the company said the AGM will be held at Taming Sari 1 & 2, on the ground floor of the Royal Chulan Kuala Lumpur at 2.30pm.
Among the items in the agenda is the tabling of Ranhill Utilities' audited financial statements for the financial year ended Dec 31, 2022, together with the directors and auditors' reports; the proposed re-election of the directors; and, the approval of various payments and benefits.
