YM Raja Dato’ Zamilia is a seasoned strategic communications professional with expertise in reputation management, branding, issues and crisis management. She has specialised experience in government relations, sustainability, corporate planning, and investor relations. Her career spans over three decades across multiple industries, including health, agribusiness, Islamic banking, transportation, aviation, building materials, automotive, and hospitality. She has served in public-listed companies, government-linked companies, statutory bodies and multinational corporations.

With more than 30 years of experience, she has spent the last 18 years in senior roles at organisations such as Kuwait Finance House (Malaysia) Berhad, Malaysia Airlines Berhad, FGV Holdings Berhad, MSM Malaysia Holdings Berhad, Northern Corridor Implementation Authority (NCIA), and ProtectHealth Corporation Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary under the Ministry of Health.

She was involved in the pre-opening of several companies, including Malaysia’s first foreign Islamic bank. During her tenure at FGV Holdings Berhad, she led the re-branding of FGV following its listing, established the group’s sustainability department, and spearheaded the formulation of key sustainability policies across the group.
